Job Description
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including manpower planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and workforce optimization.
- Drive performance management by overseeing goal setting, KPI implementation, appraisals, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations, engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee compensation, payroll, attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze HR metrics, prepare management dashboards, identify workforce trends, and recommend strategic HR initiatives, including learning and development programs.
