Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Follow up with candidates and clients regularly
- Maintain a strong database of candidates
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate salary and close positions efficiently
- Required Skills:Hands-on experience in consultancy / agency recruitment
- Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Good understanding of various industries (IT / Non-IT / Pharma / etc.)
- Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems
