HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Executive (Minimum 3 Year Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive with at least 3 year of experience who is comfortable handling recruitment, employee management, and basic HR operations. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day HR tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

Coordinate with departments for hiring needs

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination

Support employee engagement and workplace activities

Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment

Ensure company policies are followed and updated when needed

Assist in performance management processes

Requirements:

Minimum 3 year of experience in HR or recruitment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable handling hiring and staff management

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred Skills:

Experience in recruitment platforms/job portals

Basic understanding of payroll and compliance

Problem-solving attitude and team player
