Job Description Recruiter Intern – Talent Acquisition (BPO)Location [Hyderabad]
Duration: 3Months Internship
Department: Talent Acquisition
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring for BPO and customer support operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements for BPO operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule and manage walk-in drives and recruitment events.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in offer rollout, documentation collection, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Support candidate engagement initiatives to improve offer-to-join conversions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of hiring plans.
- Eligibility CriteriaPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Preferred SkillsStrong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Learning OpportunitiesExposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in volume hiring and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Understanding of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
