About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring for BPO and customer support operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupport bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements for BPO operations.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule and manage walk-in drives and recruitment events.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in offer rollout, documentation collection, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
• Support candidate engagement initiatives to improve offer-to-join conversions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of hiring plans.
• Eligibility CriteriaPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
