Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing sourcing, screening, Scheduling and

·        interviewing candidates.

·        Conduct face-to-face interviews to assess candidates suitability for the organization.

·        Screen and shortlist candidates for preliminary and final rounds of interviews as per

·        requirements.

·        Conduct salary negotiations after thoroughly checking previous salary details through bank

·        statements.

·        Oversee background verification processes for newly joined employees.

·        Contribute to strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals to drive organizational

·        success.

·        Manage administrative activities, including attendance and time management.

Skills:

·        Proficient in Basic MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

·        Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu for effective communication with a diverse workforce and

·        stakeholders.

Education:

·        Master of Business Administration.

·        1 or more years relevance experience.
