HR Recruiter

Should having experience in recruitment process through best talent acquisition

Prior experience should be bulk recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed etc

Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with Departments Head

Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and close offer

Ability to work independently, spontaneously with very less monitoring supervision.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must have MBA/HR with 3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment domain

Excellent working knowledge on Ms Office with hands in experience

Expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process and bulk hiring skills

Candidate has good communication skills in Hindi & English languages

Male and immediate joining candidates preferred for this position.
