Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, attendance, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be organized, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth coordination between employees and management while supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee ManagementManage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and regular HR communications.
- KPI & Performance ManagementCollect and maintain monthly KPI reports for all departments.
- Coordinate with department heads to track employee performance.
- Prepare KPI dashboards and performance reports for management review.
- Monitor performance review cycles and follow up on pending evaluations.
- Assist management in implementing performance improvement plans where required.
- Payroll & AttendanceManage monthly attendance and leave records.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the finance team regarding salary processing, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
- Verify overtime, incentives, bonuses, and payroll adjustments.
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and confidential.
- Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Support hiring activities for open positions.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- HR OperationsPrepare HR reports, employee data, and MIS reports.
- Maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
- Support disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
- Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Generalist HR roles.
- Experience with payroll processing and performance management is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Preferred QualitiesStrong ownership and accountability.
- Positive attitude with a people-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to continuously improve HR processes.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Payroll processed accurately and within timelines.
- 100% maintenance of employee records and documentation.
- Monthly KPI reports submitted on schedule.
- Timely completion of onboarding and exit processes.
- Attendance and leave records maintained accurately.
- Employee query resolution within defined timelines.
- Recruitment positions closed within agreed hiring timelines.
- Compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
