Job Description
Project-Based Hiring: Identifying labor demands for new sites and sourcing skilled professionals or specialized subcontractors.
Onboarding: Ensuring new workers are fully vetted and orientated to site rules before stepping onto a job site.
Talent Retention: Developing strategies to reduce the high turnover rates common in project-based construction work.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to local, state, and central labor laws, including minimum wage rules, working hours, and union agreements.
Safety Protocols: Delivering mandatory safety training (e.g., OSHA, local regulations) and ensuring all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is distributed and utilized.
Certification Tracking: Ensuring every worker—from heavy machinery operators to project managers—holds valid, up-to-date licenses and credentials.
Incident Management: Leading incident reporting, managing workers' compensation claims, and overseeing return-to-work procedures following workplace injuries.
