Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and be able to support employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll support.
- Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
