Job Description
Inside Sales Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive growth through prospecting, client engagement, and solution selling in IT hardware and software. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, achieving targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and convert prospects into clients
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions effectively
- Manage client relations from lead to closure
- Achieve sales targets and maintain the pipeline
- Prepare reports, RFPs, and proposals
- Track leads and ensure order processing
- Coordinate with the sales team to obtain pricing from Vendors/OEMs and prepare quotations
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
Skills Required
- Sales experience in IT solutions
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Analytical ability to recommend solutions
- Target-driven, customer-focused mindset
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English
