Inside Sales Specialist

Responsibilities —

- Run outbound and inbound sales to hospitals and clinics across tier 2 and tier 3 markets

- Own the pipeline from first call to handoff — qualify, pitch, close

- Manage the monthly onboarding waitlist and ensure every slot goes to the right client

- Maintain CRM hygiene and come to weekly reviews with clear pipeline visibility

- Collaborate with the founding team to sharpen the pitch based on real market feedback

- Build relationships that naturally generate referrals within the doctor community

- Track your numbers and take ownership of hitting monthly targets

What we're looking for someone ambitious, communicates well, and takes ownership naturally. Prior experience in SaaS or healthtech sales is a plus. What matters more is that you're someone who wants to grow fast and is willing to put in the work to get there.
