Job Description
An inside showroom sales executive manages walk-in customers, answers digital and phone leads, demonstrates products on-site, and closes sales directly within a retail or display environment.
Job Role Overview
- Position: Inside Showroom Sales Executive
- Workplace: Retail or product display showroom (In-person)
- Core Focus: Converting physical walk-ins, phone inquiries, and digital leads into completed sales
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors, understand their needs, and provide detailed product information.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries generated via online ads.
- Showroom Operations: Keep display areas neat, maintain product catalogs, and know inventory levels.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate prices, process billing or booking orders, and coordinate delivery.
- CRM Management: Record client details, update lead statuses, and track daily sales progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Clear, polite verbal skills in local languages and English.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn technical and design features of displayed goods quickly.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software tools.
- Education: High school pass or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
