Job Description
Job Summary
An LIC Agent is responsible for helping individuals and businesses choose suitable life insurance plans, financial protection products, pension plans, child education plans, and savings solutions. The role involves building long-term client relationships, generating new business, and providing ongoing service to policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs.
- Explain LIC insurance plans and recommend suitable policies.
- Assist customers with policy applications and documentation.
- Help clients with premium payments, policy renewals, nominations, and claims.
- Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Generate referrals and expand the customer base
