The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration solutions with overall business goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Engineering Support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex integration challenges.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that meet business requirements.
