Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business needs. The Integration Engineer ensures that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s objectives, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of integration solutions with overall business goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Engineering Support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex integration challenges.
- Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various integration methodologies and tools to support seamless system connectivity.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Support.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
