Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Age Criteria: 21–25 Years

Reporting To: Project Owner

Team Size: 6–8 Members

Job SummaryWe are looking for Project Coordinators to manage residential rooftop solar installation projects. The candidate will coordinate site activities, installation execution, project documentation, quality checks, and customer coordination.

Eligibility Criteria· Male candidates only

· Age between 21–25 years

· 10th with Distinction / ITI / Diploma / Intermediate (PCM/PCB preferred)

· Freshers can apply

· Candidates with 1+ years experience in solar installation/execution preferred

· Own bike is mandatory

Key Responsibilities· Conduct site surveys and installation planning

· Coordinate rooftop solar installation activities

· Monitor project execution timelines

· Prepare project BOM and installation reports

· Handle quality audits and installation supervision

· Coordinate meter installation and inverter commissioning

· Support government approval-related documentation

· Maintain communication with customers and internal teams

Required Skills· Basic knowledge of solar systems

· Electrical and risk understanding

· MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge

· Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred)

· Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Travel RequirementWillingness to travel within Hyderabad when required. Daily travel within Hyderabad city as per project requirements. Own vehicle mandatory.
