Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect & Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual design through to execution, developing detailed technical drawings, rendering compelling visualizations, and coordinating on-site construction and material selection.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConcept & Design: Develop comprehensive architectural concepts, floor plans, 3D models, and interior design schemes for residential and commercial spaces.
• 3D Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation decks for clients.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate working drawings, service layouts (MEP/electrical/plumbing), millwork details, and construction documentation.
• Site Coordination: Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure design execution aligns with approved drawings.
• Material Selection: Source and select finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and materials that align with design aesthetics and budget constraints.
• Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients, incorporate feedback, and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are welcome to apply).
