Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Associate Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (UG/PG)
- Age: Below 26 years only
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers for the bank.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, and other banking products.
- Cross-sell loans, insurance, and investment products.
- Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
