Job Description

  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar design software

  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color combinations, and furniture design

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage timelines and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Eye for detail and creativity in design approach

  • Basic site understanding is a plus

  • Understand client requirements and prepare layout plans and design concepts

  • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D views, and presentation boards using design software

  • Suggest materials, color schemes, lighting, and furniture based on budget and theme

  • Coordinate with the site team and vendors to ensure design implementation

  • Visit project sites to monitor progress and give design support during execution

  • Create mood boards and presentation files for client approvals

  • Work with architects, project managers, and carpenters to achieve desired results

  • Maintain documentation and update project files regularly
