We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Interior Project Supervisor to lead on-site operations and ensure our design integrity remains uncompromised from shell to handover.

The RoleYou will be the primary link between the drawing board and the job site. Your mission is to manage vendors, enforce strict quality standards, and keep projects moving on schedule. You aren’t just a bystander; you are the guardian of craftsmanship and the "fixer" of on-site challenges.

• Key Responsibilities
• Site Oversight: Manage daily operations across residential and commercial sites, ensuring work aligns with GFC drawings.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate multi-disciplinary contractors (civil, MEP, carpentry) to eliminate delays.
• Quality & Safety: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure premium finishing and adherence to safety protocols.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed site logs and provide weekly progress updates to Principal Designers.
• RequirementsExperience: 3+ years in interior fit-outs or construction supervision.
• Skills: Expertise in reading technical layouts and managing labor dynamics.
• Attributes: Exceptional problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and a "zero-error" mindset.
