Position SummaryThe Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth on-site execution of interior projects by coordinating workforce, managing material availability, monitoring quality, supervising daily site activities, and ensuring project completion as per approved design, timeline, and company standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Project Manager to understand project scope, timelines, design drawings, and execution requirements.

• Supervise daily site work and ensure execution aligns with approved design specifications.
• 
  
• Monitor quality of carpentry, painting, tiling, false ceiling, electrical, and finishing work.
• 
  
• Manage coordination among multiple trade workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• 
  
• Ensure availability of required workers before site work begins.
• 
  
• Assign work responsibilities to carpenters, electricians, painters, installers, and other trade workers.
• 
  
• Coordinate with Purchase Executive to ensure timely material procurement and delivery.
• 
  
• Coordinate with third-party furniture vendors and verify quality and delivery timelines.
• 
  
• Ensure site execution meets quality standards and finishing requirements.
• 
  
• Conduct regular inspections of painting, carpentry, electrical, tiling, and ceiling work.
• 
  
• Track project progress and ensure work completion within defined timelines.
• 
  
• Submit daily site reports and escalation reports to management.
