Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, coordination, and ensuring timely delivery with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site execution and supervision
  • Coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Monitoring work progress as per drawings and timelines
  • Ensuring quality control and finishing standards
  • Handling site measurements and BOQ understanding
  • Reporting daily progress to project manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior fit-outs (commercial preferred)
  • Good understanding of drawings (civil + basic MEP)
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors at site
