Job Description & Responsibilities
Happi Decors is a premium 10-year-old Interior Design Studio in Hyderabad. We are looking for a high-performing Senior Interior Designer who excels at client facing design presentations, material selection, and closing high-value residential projects. You will completely own the front-end client journey.
Lead initial client consultations at our design studio and understand their requirements.
Create and present exceptional conceptual designs, 2D layouts, and mood boards.
Guide clients through our studio's material library for selections (modular kitchens, wardrobes, finishes).
Generate accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and close premium interior design contracts.
Coordinate seamlessly with our existing backend production and site supervisors.
Key Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential interior design within Hyderabad.
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revitt / Maya Rendering Softwares or similar design software.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closure skills in English and Telugu.
Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and current market trends.
