Interior Site Supervisor

On-Site Drawing Execution & Quality Control

​Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly read, analyze, and execute on-site work according to the precise 2D technical drawings (electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, carpentry details) provided by the design team.

​Marking & Level Checks: Conduct precise initial on-site markings for partitions, false ceilings, and concealed wiring. Ensure perfect horizontal and vertical alignment (plumb/level checks) across all installations.

​Finish Inspections: Maintain strict quality control on finishing works including laminate pasting, edge-banding, paint coats, tile laying, and wallpaper application to minimize rework.

​2. Labor Management & Coordination

​Subcontractor Scheduling: Coordinate daily timelines with various sub-contractors and skilled laborers (carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, gypsum installers).

​Daily Workforce Allocation: Ensure the correct headcount of labor is present on-site daily to maintain project momentum and meet strict hand-over deadlines.

​Wage Documentation: Maintain clean daily logs of labor attendance and piece-rate completion statuses, updating the internal accounts team weekly for accurate wage disbursement.

​3. Material Handling & Inventory Tracking

​Delivery Verification: Receive material shipments at the site. Physically count and inspect the quality of materials (plywood sheets, hardware kits, laminates) against the delivery challan.

​Wastage Control: Supervise cutting lists and material deployment to strictly eliminate product wastage on-site.

​Accounts Coordination: Instantly report any material shortfalls or damage directly to the Accounts & Project Cost Manager to avoid vendor payment delays or project stalls.

​4. Daily Reporting & Client Updates

​Daily Site Progress Reports (DSR): Share structured daily progress logs, including clear photos and videos of the day's completed milestones, with the design studio and the founder.

​Site Handover Readiness: Maintain a clean, dust-free, and organized job site during execution and ensure a spotless final deep clean before handing over the keys to the client.

​🎯 Key Requirements & Skills

​Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven execution experience handling residential interior fit-outs, modular kitchen installations, and turnkey apartments in Hyderabad.

​Drawing Literacy: Absolute mandatory ability to decode architectural plans, 2D sectional details, and electrical/plumbing layout markings.

​Language & Communication: Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is essential to effectively direct local and migratory labor forces.

​Mobility: Must own a reliable two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for daily travel across active residential project sites in Hyderabad.
