Organizational Overview:

Synchrony’s Information Security Agile program’s mission is to : Lead IS and IAM ART SAFe agile transformation, Engage IAM-IS leadership, Design and execute Solution event cadences and processes, Provide Agile leadership across all agile teams in the Solution Train, Measure and monitor agile teams capacity, Formulate and publish various agile metrics, Deliver on the overall Information Security goal. This role is responsible for collaborating with IS product managers, product owners, technical leads, clients and other stakeholders in delivering a seamless customer experience in the IS space, and leading the Agile teams to deliver. We uphold an Agile software engineering / project planning discipline where our customers control their own automation road map

Role Summary/Purpose:

Required to work on different coding assignments and work on allocated business projects

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work on different coding assignments during the tenure ranging from Java to Python development
• Learn new technologies and complete the projects and/or proof-of-concepts

Qualifications/Requirements:

• B.Tech in any engineering discipline or MCA

Desired Skills/Knowledge:
•API Development, REST FULL API, Authentication & authorization and Design, AWS Cloud services
•HTML, CSS, JS, ES6, React and Redux
•Java/Swift/Kotlin, iOS/Android Platforms, Javascript and any scripting is a plus (Python, Bash, Groovy, etc)
•Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, APIGEE and AWS
