Job Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for our UK International Voice Process. The role involves communicating with UK customers, maintaining professionalism, and achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK customers.

• Communicate confidently and professionally in English.

• Build positive customer relationships.

• Follow client scripts and compliance guidelines.

• Update customer information accurately in the CRM.

• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

• Maintain quality standards during calls.

• Work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Confident speaking ability with a neutral accent.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good typing skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in UK shifts.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in an international BPO.

• Sales or customer service experience.

• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
