Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecalling Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have the ability to interact professionally with customers while generating leads and scheduling appointments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Present the company's products and services using prescribed sales pitches.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of customer contact information.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth customer coordination.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- RequirementsFemale candidates are preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good English speaking skills are mandatory.
