International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
• Update customer interactions in CRM systems and maintain records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Work effectively in rotational/night shifts for international processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Preferred Skills:Customer handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-centric attitude
• Experience in BPO/International Voice Process is an advantage

• US/International Rotational Shifts
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
