Job Description
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining insurance/financial products, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for advisors.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain company services and insurance products clearly
Generate and maintain customer leads
Follow up with interested clients
Schedule meetings for financial advisors
Maintain call records and customer data
Build positive customer relationships
Requirements
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
Basic knowledge of phone handling and customer interaction
Confidence and convincing skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic computer/mobile handling knowledge preferred
