Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Jaspersoft Developer with hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Jasper Studio and Jasper Server, along with solid SQL skills and a good understanding of BI reporting concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop reports and dashboards using Jaspersoft (Jasper Studio)
Deploy, manage, and maintain reports on Jasper Server
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for reporting requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting needs
Customize and enhance reports based on business requirements
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reports
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation and performance
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Jaspersoft development
Strong experience with Jasper Studio and Jasper Server
Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and optimization
Experience in report development, deployment, and maintenance
Good understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting concepts
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of Java (for scripting/customization in Jaspersoft)
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Qualifications
BE / B.Tech / MS in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of overall experience in BI/Reporting (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
