Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead with a strong background in Java Fullstack development to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and effective communication skills to drive project success and foster collaboration among team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product management, to define project scope and deliverables.
• Utilize strong Java Fullstack knowledge to guide technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or roadblocks.
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development and delivery.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes and addressing any issues that arise.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java Fullstack development, including experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in delivering software projects on time and within budget.
