- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) team
- Handle VIP and high-value customers professionally
- Improve walk-in to sales conversion ratio
- Maintain and manage customer database and follow-ups
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute customer engagement activities and campaigns
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams for customer support
- Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements
- RequirementsExperience in CRM / Customer Handling (Retail preferred)
- Jewellery retail experience is an added advantage

- Resolve escalations quickly and convert complaints into customer loyalty
- Floor & Sales ManagementOversee daily showroom operations and visual merchandising
- Monitor footfall, conversion ratios, and sales targets
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and support teams
- Team LeadershipRecruit, train, coach, and motivate floor staff
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and professional behavior across the floor team
- Reporting & KPIsTrack and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Maintain task sheets, CRM records, and operational reports accurately
- Inventory OversightCoordinate stock audits, stock transfers, and replenishment activities
- Ensure accurate tagging and secure handling of high-value jewellery items
- Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and yearly business planning
- Communication & CollaborationPrepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews
- Coordinate with marketing, procurement, CRM, and accounts teams as required
- Core Requirements3–5 years of experience in retail floor management (Jewellery preferred)
- Strong people management and customer handling skills

- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
