Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Coordination
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, and existing databases.
- Fix appointments and coordinate meetings for the Sales/Projects team.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the sales lifecycle from enquiry stage until submission of quotations.
- Coordinate with internal technical and estimation teams for preparation of Drawings, Proposals and Quotations.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry status, and follow-up updates in CRM or internal systems.
AMC Operations Coordination
- Coordinate and marshal AMC Senior Technicians for scheduled site visits and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely scheduling and deployment of technicians to client locations.
- Verify technician attendance, service completion status, and submission of service reports.
- Follow up internally to ensure closure of AMC service commitments within timelines.
- Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, complaints, and maintenance updates.
Payment Follow-up & Documentation
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and pending invoices.
- Coordinate with Accounts team regarding payment status and collections.
- Maintain records of quotations, work orders, service reports, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of customer communication and operational records.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, appointments, quotations, service schedules, and collections on DART (CRM Tool)
- Track sales pipeline activities and pending follow-ups.
- Support management with operational coordination and customer communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; English – Spoken and Written proficiency is a MUST
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Customer relationship management skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and service coordination
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM systems
- Good organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Service Coordination, Customer Support, or Operations Coordination
- Experience in Fire Protection, Technical Services, Facility Management, or AMC-based industries will be an added advantage
