- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers
- Support customers in jewellery selection
- Explain product details including gold, diamonds, silver, and collections
- Build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and support showroom goals
- Maintain showroom display standards and discipline
- Coordinate with team members for smooth customer handling
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer experience
- RequirementsExperience in jewellery or retail sales preferred
