Job Description
Jio Fiber Engineer IT
- Responsible for handling Service Requests / Installations
- Troubleshooting Fiber network connections
- Ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Customer support / Customer Service
- Coordination with teams to uphold network performance and reliability
Education
10 + 2 / ITI / Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) / B.Tech
Experience
0 to 6 Years (Freshers are also eligible)
Age
18 – 30 Years
Two Wheeler
Must have a driving license and a Two-Wheeler
Smart Phone
Should have 5G smart phone
week offs
Weekly one week off will be given between Monday to Friday.
