Job Description

Ø Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Ø Handle voucher entry and accounting data punching in Tally/ERP software.

Ø Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.

Ø Maintain petty cash and expense records.

Ø Verify and process vendor bills and invoices.

Ø Prepare GST-related data and support tax filings.

Ø Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

Ø Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Ø Coordinate with factory, stores, and office teams for invoice and bill verification.

Ø Track receivables and payables and follow up when required.

Ø Assist in monthly closing and MIS report preparation.

Support senior accounts staff in day-to-day accounting operations
