Job Description
- Daily Cash & Revenue Auditing: Verify daily sales, food & beverage receipts, and front-desk transactions against system reports.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders with receiving logs, and prepare timely payments for resort suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage corporate billing, track outstanding event deposits, and assist in guest folio discrepancies.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
