Junior Dotnet Developer

What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a Junior .NET Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be involved in developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and will work closely with senior developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core
• Implement business logic and integrations using RESTful Web APIs
• Work with SQL Server for database design, queries, and stored procedures
• Use Entity Framework / ADO.NET for data access
• Participate in code reviews and follow company coding standards
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application issues
• Collaborate with QA, UI, and backend teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Support application deployment and post-production issues when required

Required Technical Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in .NET application development
• Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• Hands-on experience with MVC architecture
• Good understanding of SQL Server
• Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in building and consuming Web APIs
• Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
• Knowledge of OOP concepts and software development best practices

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Angular / React / JavaScript frameworks
• Basic knowledge of Azure or cloud concepts
• Experience with Unit Testing / Debugging tools
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

BA/BS Degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
