The Assistant Manager – Cloud Security plays a key role in driving cloud security engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role is responsible for leading the delivery of cloud security assessments, architecture reviews, and security implementations while working closely with clients and internal teams. The Assistant Manager acts as a technical anchor for the team, providing guidance to Consultants and Associate Consultants, ensuring quality delivery, and helping scale cloud security capabilities within the Bangalore. In addition to hands‑on delivery, the role contributes to planning, mentoring, and supporting the growing demand for cloud security services across engagements.

• Lead and manage cloud security consulting engagements across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define and implement cloud security strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct cloud security assessments, architecture reviews, and compliance gap analyses across multi-cloud environments.
• Design and recommend secure cloud architectures, controls, and governance models tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients on the integration and optimization of cloud-native and third-party security tools, including CNAPP, SIEM, and network security platforms.
• Oversee design and implementation of hybrid networking solutions (cloud + on-prem) and Zero Trust architectures for client environments.
• Provide strategic guidance on embedding security into DevOps pipelines, including secure CI/CD practices and DevSecOps enablement.
• Drive the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices to scale delivery across engagements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders including CISOs, cloud architects, and compliance teams to influence security decisions and roadmaps.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and delivery excellence.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, with a strong focus on security.
• Solid hands‑on experience in designing and implementing cloud security controls across IAM, network security, encryption, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience leading cloud security assessments, architecture reviews, and remediation efforts for client environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Practical experience with infrastructure‑as‑code, automation, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to independently drive cloud security workstreams and provide technical guidance to Consultants and Associate Consultants.
• Experience working in client‑facing roles, including discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Good problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate security risks into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple engagements or workstreams while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
