Kitchen Supervisor - Multi-Brand Cloud Kitchen (KPHB)

We run a multi-brand cloud kitchen at KPHB serving three brands on Swiggy and Zomato. We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to run the floor shift to shift. You will report to the Head of Operations, who will train you on everything you need to know about our operation. This is a hands-on role - you are on the floor, not at a desk.

Freshers are welcome. If you are sincere, punctual and willing to learn, we will train you. What matters more to us than experience is that you turn up on time, take responsibility and can hold a team to a standard.

What you will do

1. Run the shift - make sure every order is prepared, packed and dispatched on time.

2. Check packing on outgoing orders - correct items, correct portions, sealed properly, nothing missing.

3. Daily hygiene and cleanliness checks on the kitchen floor, storage and staff.

4. Daily stock counts and issuing raw material. Report shortages before they stop production.

5. Supervise the kitchen team on shift - attendance, discipline, break rotation.

6. Follow the standard operating procedures set by the Head of Operations, and pull up anyone who does not.

7. Escalate order delays, item unavailability and equipment problems immediately.

8. Short end-of-shift report on WhatsApp - orders done, issues, stock position.

Who we are looking for

- Freshers welcome. Any experience in a cloud kitchen, QSR, restaurant kitchen or food production floor is a plus, not a must.

- Sincere, punctual and reliable on attendance. This is the single most important thing.

- Willing to learn and be trained by the Head of Operations.

- Able to speak up and hold a team to a standard.

- Understands or is willing to learn food hygiene and safe food handling.

- Able to work the full night shift, which ends at 3:30 AM.

- Comfortable using a smartphone for order screens and WhatsApp reporting.

- Telugu and Hindi required.

- Lives within reasonable travel of KPHB. Own two wheeler preferred because of the late finish.

- You cannot do the night shift.

- You are looking for a cook or chef role. This is a supervision and coordination job.

How performance will be measured

- On time dispatch.

- Packing errors and customer complaints on your shift.

- Hygiene checklist compliance.

- Stock accuracy.
