Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and database marketing.
  • Identify potential customers from corporate, educational, government, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
  • Fix appointments and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
  • Present company products and services over phone, email, and online meetings.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and procurement teams for customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
