Job Description
The Manager – Sales shall be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, and ensuring successful sales of residential, commercial, villa, plotted development, and other real estate projects of the Company. The role requires strong leadership, customer engagement, and market development capabilities to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the Management.
- Generate qualified leads through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.
- Ensure timely booking conversions and revenue generation.
- Monitor sales pipeline and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Expand and manage channel partner, broker, and referral networks.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
Team Management:
- Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage referral business.
Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
- Support management in developing pricing and promotional strategies.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure proper completion and verification of booking forms and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams for agreement execution and payment collections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, and company requirements, including RERA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases.
Reporting:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Present business updates and market insights to senior management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales and business development.
- Experience in residential, plotted development, villas, or commercial real estate sales preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Team leadership and people management skills.
- Customer relationship management expertise.
- Sound knowledge of the real estate industry and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

- Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
- Collection and payment realization performance.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Channel partner development and productivity.

The Manager – Sales shall perform all duties assigned by the Management from time to time and shall work towards achieving the Company's business objectives, sales targets, customer satisfaction standards, and organizational growth goals in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
