Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:  

We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to handle on-ground lead generation and coordinate follow-up calls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Work & Location Sourcing

  - Visit assigned areas, residential complexes, commercial zones, and events to identify potential Locations

  - Conduct market surveys to find new sales locations and opportunities

2. Lead Generation & Coordination

  - Capture qualified leads from field visits and update them

  - Coordinate with the team to schedule follow-up calls and meetings

  - Ensure no lead is dropped between field and Marketing team

3. Reporting

  - Submit daily field reports with locations covered, leads generated, and outcomes

  - Share feedback on market response and competitor activity

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream. 0-2 yrs experience in field sales/marketing preferred

- Comfortable with daily travel and on-ground work

- Good communication skills in English + local language

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
