Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and property demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Generate quality leads through online/offline campaigns, networking, events, and digital marketing.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable real estate solutions.
  • Handle client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the marketing team in executing promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.
