We are hiring energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executives to join the HireWire sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our HireWire HRMS software — a cloud-based HR & payroll management solution used by businesses and institutions across India.
Your Responsibilities:
- Visit manufacturing units, factories, retail chains, logistics companies, and other non-educational businesses in your assigned area — primary focus
- Also cover educational institutions (training institutes, universities, management colleges) as secondary targets
- Explain HireWire HRMS product features and benefits to decision-makers (HR Managers, Directors, Business Owners, Admin Heads)
- Follow up on assigned leads and update status daily via our mobile app
- Conduct product demos on laptop during client visits
- Coordinate with your supervisor for lead assignments and closures
- Generate deal invoices after closing a sale through our in-app billing tool
- Maintain daily call logs and visit reports
- Achieve monthly targets and earn performance-based incentives
