Role Overview

TIN SPICES is looking for creative and execution-focused Marketing Executives to drive brand

awareness, execute promotional activities, and support business growth through field and digital

marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Execute retail branding and promotional activities

Coordinate in-store marketing campaigns and product displays

Support sales team in market activation activities

Handle social media posting and basic digital marketing

Coordinate photo shoots, reels, and promotional content

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events

Track competitor branding and market activities

Ensure proper visibility of products in retail stores

Daily Responsibilities

Visit retail outlets and monitor branding visibility

Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Coordinate with sales and onboarding teams

Create/update social media content regularly

Requirements

Good communication and presentation skills

Creative mindset with execution ability

Basic social media and marketing knowledge

Willingness to work in field + office environment

FMCG experience preferredEligibility

Any Graduate / MBA Marketing preferred

Experience: 0–3 years

Freshers with strong interest in marketing can apply
