Job Description


  • Strategy & Planning: Create comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and promote new property developments.
  • Digital Marketing & Content: Manage digital channels, including social media, websites, SEO, and paid ad campaigns to generate leads.
  • Collateral & Branding: Develop brochures, site plans, videos, and advertisements to ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute open houses, site visits, project launches, and real estate exhibitions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with conversion goals.
  • Reporting & ROI: Monitor campaign performance, define KPIs, and report on lead generation and ROI.
