Field Executive – Diamond Coolant Growth

Position Overview

The Field Executive will be responsible for on-ground activities including customer visits, product demonstrations, coolant installation support, sample collection, and customer follow-ups. The role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption in the field.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Customer Visits

• Visit diamond manufacturing and polishing units regularly.
• Demonstrate diamond coolant performance and ensure customers understand proper usage.
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination with logistics.

2. Product Installation & Technical Support

• Assist clients with coolant mixing ratios, machine integration, and operating instructions.
• Troubleshoot basic coolant-related issues and coordinate with technical teams for advanced issues.
• Monitor coolant performance at client sites and record data.

3. Sampling & Trial Management

• Distribute coolant samples to potential clients.
• Oversee trial runs and collect performance feedback.
• Document trial results and report to marketing and R&D teams.

4. Customer Relationship Development

• Maintain strong relationships with technicians, supervisors, and plant managers.
• Provide ongoing after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

5. Market Intelligence

• Gather information on competitor coolants, pricing, and market performance.
• Identify emerging customer needs for product improvement.
• Report field insights to management.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain field visit records, customer feedback, and demo logs.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
• Track repeat orders and follow up on pending payments (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science, or Business preferred).
• Experience in industrial field sales, machine shop support, or diamond industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Basic technical knowledge of coolants, machines, or industrial operations.
