Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contracts & Pricing Execution COE, this role will manage AIN-based resources responsible for analytics, dashboard and recurring reporting, systems coordination, documentation, governance tracking, and process automation.

As part of the continued build-out of the Amgen India Contracts & Pricing Execution COE Delivery Hub, this role will establish operating discipline, manage delivery plans and timelines, and develop a high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role will partner closely with US-based leaders to align on stakeholder context, priorities, requirements, and business validation.

What you will do

As the Manager, Contracts & Pricing Execution COE Delivery Hub, you will manage AIN-based resources supporting the CPE Center of Excellence. This role translates prioritized work into clear plans, coordinates execution across analytics, reporting, systems, documentation, and governance activities, and ensures deliverables are completed with quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Hub Execution & Work Management

  • Manage day-to-day delivery activities for the AIN-based COE Delivery Hub supporting CPE analytics, reporting, systems coordination, documentation, and governance tracking.

  • Convert prioritized requests from US-based leaders into structured workplans, deliverables, timelines, and team assignments.

  • Oversee workload balancing, delivery sequencing, dependency management, and issue resolution across supported activities.

  • Drive execution against defined timelines, quality expectations, and agreed service levels.

  • Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing issues; drive resolution and escalate appropriately.

Analytics & Reporting Delivery

  • Oversee delivery of dashboards, recurring reporting support, KPI reporting outputs, and related analytics requests assigned to the AIN hub.

  • Ensure strong data quality, documentation, version control, and maintenance of reporting assets.

  • Drive opportunities to standardize and automate recurring reporting and analytics-related activities.

  • Partner with US leads to clarify requirements, confirm delivery scope, and enable smooth handoff for business validation.

Systems, Documentation & Release Support

  • Coordinate support activities for Model N and related CPE systems, including issue and enhancement tracking, release readiness support, and follow-up on delivery actions.

  • Oversee maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, governance logs, and other structured operational records.

  • Ensure timely completion of access, training, and operational tracker updates required to support execution discipline.

  • Partner with Information Systems and other business partners, as needed, to support enhancements, defect resolution, and process changes impacting the supported delivery scope.

Quality, Controls & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure consistent application of documentation standards, established processes, and control requirements across AIN-supported work.

  • Contribute to audit readiness and evidence collection for applicable operational activities.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve documentation quality, strengthen delivery consistency, and increase automation.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, attention to detail, ownership, and continuous improvement aligned with Amgen Values.

US Partnership & Team Leadership

  • Provide clear status updates on delivery progress, risks, and issues to the US Senior Manager and US business-facing leads.

  • Coordinate priorities, handoffs, and action tracking across the US/AIN operating model.

  • Support governance forums, reporting cadences, and operational reviews with US partners.

  • Lead, coach, and develop AIN-based analysts supporting analytics, reporting, systems coordination, and documentation activities.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, cross-training, and performance management for AIN delivery hub team members.
