Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of Integration experience in MuleSoft Any point Platform
• MuleSoft applications implementation experience in Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric, On-premises Mule ESB
• Experience in Middleware integration strategies, API Design and Management
• Strong experience in SOAP and REST web services
• Expertise in Data weave 2.0
• Experience in Event Driven Integration 
• Experience applying enterprise integration patterns using SOA, API's, Microservices, message-based, and file-based approaches.
• Should have experience in CICD automation of Mule deployments
• Should have integration testing capability
• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 certification is must

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities 

• Developing APIs using MuleSoft platform components including API Manager, CloudHub, Any Point Studio, Data weave and Any Point Messaging Queue (MQ).
• Design and develop highly scalable industry-leading applications and integration solutions following integration best practices.
• Testing and improving performance of the APIs in terms of response time, reliability and resource usage.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive error handling strategies for applications.
• Configuring and deploying Mule applications to CloudHub and/or single or clusters of customer-hosted Mule runtimes.
• Troubleshooting production issues, identify source of the issue and work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed.
• Effectively apply relevant knowledge and experience to provide both technical and operational support to new and existing integration implementation.

 

Preferred Skills

• Any bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or a related technical discipline
• Experience working with MuleSoft Any Point Platform as developer and supporting projects.

 

Roles:

• Client Support: Bug fixing and enhancement. Provide expert support and troubleshooting for customers’ applications, MuleSoft integration, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
• System Monitoring: Monitor client environments for performance, stability, and security, implementing proactive measures to prevent potential issues.
• Configuration and Optimization: Assist clients with the configuration and optimization of their customers’ applications, integration systems to align with business requirements and improve efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, issues resolved, and changes made. Provide regular reports to clients on system performance and areas for improvement.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams, empowering them to effectively use and manage their customers’ applications and integration systems.
