Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET and React.js Lead Developer to guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. This role is essential in driving technical excellence, facilitating innovative solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that aligns with business objectives. The Lead will ensure the adoption of best practices, leverage emerging technologies, and contribute to strategic technology roadmaps.

Software Requirements

Required Software Proficiency:

• .NET Framework/Core (latest stable versions) — strong hands-on experience in developing scalable applications
• React.js (v16+ or latest stable) — expertise in building dynamic, maintainable frontend interfaces
• Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code — proficient in development and debugging
• SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases — strong understanding of database design and data management
• Source control: Git — experience in version control and branched workflows

Preferred Software Skills:

• Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS — experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments
• DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent — automation, CI/CD pipeline integration
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes — deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications
• Frontend build tools: Webpack, Babel — proficiency with modern frontend development workflows

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of web applications utilizing .NET and React.js technology stacks
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams and project stakeholders
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions
• Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture, interface specifications, and release notes
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams including product managers, UX designers, and infrastructure specialists to ensure project success
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their strategic fit to improve product performance and development efficiency
• Oversee deployment, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization

• Proven ability to mentor teams and foster best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization is highly preferred
• Alternative pathways include extensive senior development experience supporting enterprise-scale applications

• Develop, review, and refine web applications utilizing .NET and React.js frameworks
• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver features aligned with business needs
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot application issues, conduct performance tuning, and implement security enhancements
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and incorporate relevant innovations into solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent are advantageous
• Proven track record in leading web application development projects in a full-stack environment
